I'm 48. I carry a BRCA2 mutation. Diagnosed with breast cancer 10/07. Had a double with recon and 27 weeks of nasty chemo. Married, no kids, two cats. I don't have a paying job. My hobbies are remodeling houses, reading mysteries, travel, cooking, and making kiln-formed-glass art. I decided to sign up for the climb because I want to support this great organization and all the tremendous women I've met. Plus, I'm naturally lazy and needed a goal to motivate me to get back in shape after chemo kicked my ass.
